Jeff is a serial murderer, a legend, perhaps long dead but his images and his story still roam anywhere.
Jeff was an ordinary boy of 13 years old, had a brother named Liu 12 years old, his mother Margaret and his father Peter. They kept moving house until they came to a new neighborhood, the house were "fantasy". That was his motto in his murders and so ended up being a legend. It is not known if this really happened or is it just a horror story, but people will never forget Jeff the killer.
